The Mogadore Reservoir is located between Suffield and Brimfield townships. The reservoir is home to many species of bird, fish, and wildlife. This makes it a great destination for recreational activities including boating, kayaking, hiking, biking and more! The Boathouse offers boat, kayak, canoe, and stand up paddle board rentals for reasonable prices through the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons. The Boathouse was re-opened to the public in 2011 under private management. Since 2022, the Boathouse has operated under new management using the simple name "The Boathouse on Mogadore Reservoir."

In addition to watercraft rentals, the boathouse sells a variety of live bait, fishing tackle, refreshments and snacks for your convenience!

While visiting the boathouse, be sure to enjoy the surrounding picnic area, fishing dock and Buckeye Trail.
